The designer was creative, quick, and quite responsive to feedback. The designer provided a variety of great ideas which received many compliments. An excellent experience (again)!
I really appreciate that Romy is willing to make small changes even after the project is "complete." Any art project can shift at any moment , it's just the nature of the beast. So, thanks Romy for being flexible!
Dejan is a talented graphics designer and is very responsive and detailed. This is the second book cover he has done for me and I will use him again for future books. I recommend his services.
very flexible and accommodating
Rahul, was persistent in making as many changes as needed to get to the final design. Even after the contest was over, he made several adjustments to get to the final design. Great work, fast, will use again.
Great work and very responsive!
How heikostribl started their book cover journey
Make Every Step Count
Heiko Stribl was desperate to escape the limited beliefs of just being a middle-of-the-pack runner. From his youth watching the Comrades marathon live on TV, and running the odd 5K's, then progressing and growing up to running 12 marathons in 12 days, took some serious change of attitude. Determined to understand what a "normal runner" is capable of in terms of, well "miles spent running", he entered short runs, and progressed to ultra marathons, and found that if the mind is in the right place, many miles can indeed be run. He learnt & figured out you can run pretty far, and with effective powerful mental tools, even further. As certified Endurance Coach, a MBA Graduate, and a "Motivation & Potential Coach". With a passionate running history of over 35 years, and a wide range of endurance coaching, he also raised a "Just Giving charity run" of 12 consecutive marathons, in 12 consecutive days, in 12 countries to pay attention to the plight of refugee children in Jordan. Running 504 Km through Europe and gain support and shine light on the plight of others less fortunate.
For those who want to get more out of their running, and learn how to develop a powerful mindset that will make you run faster and further and learn how to apply "mind over matter."
Runners, endurance athletes, mental training
Book cover type
I like the clever writing / font, and the colour choice
I like the progress depicted, by simple stairs which mean movement
I like the clean style, no fuss, clear to the point,
Just like the pic
back to back medals for comrades marathon
The track, means discipline
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Its a book for enhancing your BRAIN's potential so you can run further than you ever imagined,
What to avoid
It should not look like a magazine cover, nor aimed at professional olympic athletes.
