Working with Labelschmiede was amazing. They are very creative, have a great eye and ideas for detail and are incredibly nice! Communication and response time was excellent. And tolerance for yet another client-request™ ("can we pls change the texture of the second molecule from the right to something that resembles more the Queen of England and a typewriter? Also, can I have the final file as a greyscale .pms format please?") was admirable and much, much appreciated. It was such a pleasure to collaborate with Labelschmiede! I now have a great book cover that's a work of art by itself, and am very happy.
amazing work. thank you for everything!!!
Charala was a complete professional, willing to change her design in many different ways to give us a winning design. I will use her again directly if anything new ever comes up.
Very responsive, patient and easy to work with!
- Michaelbrent Collings
Definitely went outside the box with the design. It is not only eye catching - but it tells the reader the premise, it's about the evolution of a boy into a man who winds up a contract killer. Highly recommend Michaelbrent Collings for design work.
In my contest detail form I gave some ideas of what I wanted, within the form there were other details that this designer, Radio Designs, picked up on and incorporated into the design. others picked up on this also but the winning design hit the mark.

Other color requirements
Nothing mandatory, but might want to carry through some color schemes from my first book cover.
I am leaving the main image elements to the imagination of the designer, although I have included some preferred creative elements in the attachments. I also attached some book covers in the same genre that are aesthetically well designed, which does not mean I want a similar design, just pointing out the other covers that work. I have attached the description of this thriller, and I have also included 3 sample chapters which each involve action scenes.
Amanda Michaels is in college, her dad genetically modified her cell telomeres, meaning she may live longer, but the long term effects are uncertain.
The call to action of the novel involves her and a former SEAL traveling under aliases to China and trying to secure the safe return of her baby brother who was kidnapped. So the central "chase" of this novel is when they travel to Beijing to try to secure the release of Amanda Michaels baby brother who is held somewhere in Beijing.
