Happiness Matters: Unleash your superpower in 7 easy steps
Beenie Mann, born and raised in Germany has always looked at the brighter side even when there was only darkness. She has been changing mindsets for over 30 years. Most of this time while her husband was serving on active duty in the U.S. Army. Beenie’s drive to reach out to encourage and empower people has earned her the ‘Shield of Sparta – Heroine of the Infantry’ award from the National Infantry Association, the ‘Essayons Award’ from the Army Engineer Association, and the ‘Outstanding Civilian Service Medal’ from the Department of the Army, to name a few.
In this book I talk about the 7 steps I used to find my happiness in spite of early child abuse, obesity, chronic pain and more. Happiness is an inside job, a choice we all can make. Happiness is up to us and nobody else. I want my readers to get the tools that helped me so they too can find their happiness and help spread it around the globe.
This book is for anybody who has experienced trauma, male and female, ages 13 and up. It is also for those who, from the outside looking in, have everything but are lacking happiness. The pursuit of happiness is universal to all humans across the globe and we are all searching to achieve true happiness.
