2Way
feel free to sugest a slogan, don't have one yet
2Way is a complete communication solution for disperse groups. It's used by pilots and their respective pilot group or union.
The user (pilot) can report issues regarding his working enviroment and in turn his union can post various material like Newsletters, journals, polling and have all sorts of info readily available. The pilot will have his representative (union) in the pocket so to speak.
NOTE that a strong reference to pilots or aviation is not ideal since the goal is to offer the solution to other professions as well in the near future.
So its a two-way communication tool between the pilot and his organization, the pilot union in most cases.
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Purples: Imagination, spirituality, royalty and luxury.
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Let designers make suggestions:
Light modern theme which hints the role of the service. Total branding package including app icon, splash screen suggestion and use on website header.
The only thing that has been created brand wise is a logo, app icon and splash page.
Don't feel bound by current design but make an effort to understand the project and make suggestion based on what you best represents the service.
A touch of modern, respectful and professional.
--Update 19feb--
Bulk of the designs i'm getting involves trying to show the number "2" in one form or the other. Why not also try a different approach. This is a communicatin tool (app) for a user to relay issues to it's group representative and for that group to keep it's members informed with various media.
I don't like overcomplicated designs or color compilation. Simple is king.
If you have a some reason for your approach, something it's meant to represent please share your thoughts.
--Update 20feb--
Just to be clear. The current logo of 2Way included in brief is NOT to be modified or altered... I am not eager to hold on to it. I'd rather you try to "get" what the software is all about and then design from that. Feel free to ask me for clarifiation.
