Words To The Wise (Non-Profit) Purpose: Bridging the gap between education and careers as well as guide self-discovery of passions towards a fulfilling profession. (For students at the university level) Short Term Value Proposition: The short term goal of our program is to better equip students w/ the right resources to succeed in their desired career paths and for us to gain a better understanding of education through socratic seminars. These would be set up with the different organizations/student groups we work with and would be led by thought leaders in the respective field (education/policy). Also, to pair students up with vocational mentors that help guide them through school. Long Term Value Proposition: Our long term goals are to use the understanding we gain in our mentorship program and socratic seminars to advance the redesign of policy in our local communities. Goals: Students graduate from the program with a better understanding of how to get a job, maintain a job, balance life and work, how the job really is, their true passion within the career, how to network, build a relationship with a lifelong mentor, and find work, internship, shadowing, researching opportunities easily .
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty. Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth. Oranges: Creativity, adventure and happiness.
