PaperCut Software
We develop print managment software for use in education and business. Used by more than 50,000 organisations in more than 100 countries.
Were looking for a redesign of our new web application icon, which is designated as a menu/bar icon. We’ve already started designing the icon and tailoring it toward the style we anticipate to introduce into the application.
The icon design needs to reflect the ‘brand’ of PaperCut and involve the PaperCut ‘P’ (which will be included in the documentation pack). The design needs to reflect the ‘environmental/green’ aspect of the PaperCut application. The redesign of the icon needs to include some depiction of paper to integrate the print management theme.
We’re not looking for ‘radical’ redesigns but for a new fresh spin on the icons new design and a few more potential solutions. The design might include reorientation / introduction of assets or a hierarchal change. We want the icon's further redesign to be refined, professional, creative and clever.
The design needs to look clean, clear and fresh in every size. From 128x128 px to 16x16 px. This might require changing the design slightly as it is scaled down to the 16x16px size.
