What's your vision?
I have a series of 24 clocks, each showing a different time of day in a 24 hour period. I would like to tie-in a short message for each clock that would be visible when a user mouses over a clock. The message would appear in a "talk bubble." Most of the messages would have no action associated with them, however a few will need to link to different URLs. I will provide all messages in a text file (total of 24). I am not quite sure where the talk bubble should appear/be positioned in relation to the clocks. Any ideas appreciated.
