Rendra was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Because our project involved a set of multiple graphics, there were a few consistency details that took a few tries to refine. I appreciate how quickly they were able to make the necessary changes based on my feedback. I would work with Rendra again.

BigHand is the world's leading Digital Dictation provider.
Our new Windows Phone app will allow lawyers/doctors to record voice notes to send to a secretary or speech recognition for processing. They are able to title dictations and select a workflow and priority for them. We also have apps for the BlackBerry, iPhone, Android and BlackBerry 10.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need 'metro' (sorry - 'Modern UI'!) icons for the main functions of our new Windows Phone application. These will be tiles a user can select either to start recording a dictation or view their existing dictations in lists.
Specifically, we need -
1. A 'record' icon (microphone/speech bubble/'record' circle?)
2. An 'unsent' icon
3. A 'Pending' icon
4. An 'in progress' icon (we use an hourglass for this in our Windows application)
5. An 'all' icon (which will show all of these dictations in one list)
6. A 'Complete' icon.
7. A 'Sending' icon.
8. A metro-style BigHand icon (probably a simple 'b')
The colour scheme for the application will be the one chosen by the user, so we'll basically need black/white versions of these to match their high/low contrast preference.
Happy to discuss any element of this further. This application will have another release later this year with more functionality (and thus more icons required) - this is just the first, basic drop.
