Business Success Partners is a consultant firm. The target audience is small to medium sized businesses.

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?

We currently use a business model illustration that we have adapted from one we used a few years ago. We want to design an original and graphically exciting business model framework that uses the same elements but is illustrated in an original way that we can call our own. There are two fundamental elements of a business, each with a number of sub elements - 1. Is the strategic elements.....(Vision, Strategy, Culture, Structure) 2. Is the Operational elements (Sales &marketing, Systems & Process, Products and Services, People and Productivity, Financial). See example illustrations. The strategic are the base or foundations and the operational are the day to day things. See attached illustrations.
