Who are we?
We are a fresh, new company bootstrapped by two engineers on a mission to make keeping track of side job income as easy as it should be.
Our product is an iPhone app called Bizzin’. It is a new type of tool designed for side jobbers that takes a unique approach to income tracking.
Existing software solutions follow the traditional, cumbersome invoicing workflow which requires users to create invoices in order to track income. This complexity is not desirable for our target audience and most of them use simpler solutions - namely pen and paper or a spreadsheet.
Bizzin’ employs a simplified workflow that tracks income by simply entering work and payments for each client. It uses chronological order (not invoices) to compute a running balance and history for each client. We are the only company focused on providing a simple solution for people running a simple, independent service and we want to replace spreadsheets and notebooks as the defacto income tracking solution for this market.

Who are our customers?
Our customers operate independent services in the new gig economy. They are hustlers - independent, hard-working people who do side work to supplement their income. Examples include Baby Sitters, Dog Walkers, Tutors, Music Teachers, Musicians, Personal Trainers, Photographers, Stylists, Cleaners, Handymen, and Landscapers.
They are iPhone users ages 20-55 who currently track their income using pen and paper, a spreadsheet, or not at all.
Who is our competition?
Our competition is spreadsheets, notebooks, paper and online calendars, and other ad-hoc solutions. Our customers do not currently use software specifically designed to track income.
