Logo types to explore

I really like the font for 'racing' in the red bull logo. The font in various forms has been used by engineering businesses for many years and I use Porsche and lambretta as other examples on the attachments. I am keen to do something a bit like this.
This style of font has an association with high quality engineering and performance.
The reason I like the association is that we are not really traditional accountants. Our job is mainly to analyse businesses and help to optimise their financial performance - in that sense we are financial engineers, understanding what can be achieved and tweaking and modifying to get the highest performance possible.
I have an open mind about if the works are on one row or if we have 'finance' stacked on top of 'foundry'
I also need to have versions that are reversed. So I need one that can be used on a dark background (white or offwhite) as well as one with a higher contrast that can be used on a darker background.
I will also need a favicon to display on the tab in a browser.
I am interested to see if any versions of the logo can use an association with the word 'foundry' - so I would be interested to see if the impression of milled metal could be used, abit like the look you have on the chassis of an iphone.
