How skylar.m.talley started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
"Path Provisions Co."
What’s your company slogan?
Seeing versions with and without this slogan would be great: "Intentionally sourced. Thoughtfully Prepared."
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Path is intended to be a "healthy hot bar" served in an upscale, fast-casual setting. Guests will walk down a line, select among 12-15 food options to "build their plate", and either enjoy it on site or take it with them on the go. Our target audience is anyone that cares about what they eat and where it's from but also desires the convenience of quick service. Pricing will be slightly higher than what you see at something like Chipotle, but we plan to justify it with 1) food quality and 2) using local, sustainably sourced ingredients where possible. We also plan to do meal delivery and corporate catering.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?

I have attached the sample menu to better explain the concept. *Please disregard the font selection as it's simply a placeholder until I can implement a logo and typography. For iconography, I'm open to any and all ideas, but, I think in the same way that Sample Logo #7 used a moutainscape, it would be interesting to explore a semi-abstract "trail". My idea with the name is that people talk about healthy eating and exercise as "staying on track". Essentially, by treating yourself right, you are staying on the path to wellness. Additionally, path is associated with nature and I like the life philosophy that being present / enjoying the path that you are on is more important than the ultimate destination.
