Friendly business in action Swap Meet:
An oft cited analogy to how we want customers to view our brand or rather, how they view our brand already. A swap meet, a market, a car boot sale, thrift shops. The idea behind any of these is that the customer has to actively seek out a bargain.
If you go to a car boot sale, you’re not going to expect an organised, set up neatly in rows and catalogued display it’s just not what you’ve signed up for. You want to rummage, to dig deep and find the best deal. There’s a sense of satisfaction in that, one that you, as the customer, feel you have earned the deal that you’ve found.
It’s much easier to trust in a deal that you found than one that you’ve had handed to you. It’s why sites like ozbargain are so popular it’s people telling other people about great deals.
It’s why people trust us, it’s why they convert they feel like they’ve found a deal, that all we did was give them the chance to find it themselves. It’s bumpy, but it works. People don’t want polished, sterile or clean. We give them the information, we provide assistance, but ultimately THEY are the dealmakers. People are
fond of us, they’re loyal, they’re family. We want the "mom and pop store" feel, the treasure hunt element of a thrift shop and the satisfaction that you get from well earned savings (although, we don’t want our customers to go through hoops, we just want them to feel satisfied and at ease).
How will we Measure success?
● Does the logo communicate the meaning of “Want Better? Find Better at Finder.com.au”?
● Is the logo unique?
● Do we feel proud of the logo and want to promote it?
● Is it trademarkable?
● Can it fit neatly onto a bumper sticker?
● Will it work on a billboard?
We believe that this logo will be your best work yet. Go long, go all in - all the way!
