The name "umtanto" comes from the popular expression (slang) in Portuguese "um tanto" which means "a lot of something." We created this name to express the business that we are proposing will work with crowdsourcing, so we have a lot of designers (“umtanto” of designers) a lot of projects (“umtanto” of projects) a lot of ideas (“umtanto” of ideas) a lot of costumer (“umtanto” of costumer).
We imagine that the logo must demonstrate creativity, innovation and new ideas made by a group of people, the Internet community. Web 2.0, that is, collaboration is the main focus, so the logo should be well aligned with this idea.
At the same time we think a more colorful logo shows diversity, also imagine a logo with a few colors can facilitate the use of dominant colors in stationery, website, cards and other documents of the brand. Finally, we don´t have a right decision about the colors and prefer to leave it to the creativity of the creator.
