We are an online educational platform for professionals. We produce television quality content video via live stream and purchase. Our target audience are people looking to learn from real life successes for real life applications.

I would like the logo to mirror the leather texture and feel of the attached "KickA" logo. I would like the same stamped concept. M and 4 should go side by side within the stamped box and I would like them to be geometric font like the attached M and 4. The same worn feel should go over the entire logo. The color scheme is black and cyan blue. The word studios should go where the "marketing group" is in the attached leather stamped style design. The design should be a monocromatic matte black with the necessary shaded lighting as attached. If possible, the word "studios" should be in cyan blue.
