Nice work. Pixelmatters was very responsive to my requests and delivered a very unique and professional logo.
Very professional and prompt
We're very happy with Ababil's design for the OUI community. He was incredibly quick and responsive to our small edits.

Do yourself a favour and hire artsigma - he's a genius.
He did a great job deriving a concept and design from my brief of the company.

Spark is the easiest way to get together with friends. Going out with friends on a Friday night shouldn't mean 3 different threads of group text messages. Create a Spark by suggesting a time and place, and invite friends. Invitees can easily say they're in or opt out to get off the thread. Spark is designed to get people off their phones and engaged with their friends in real life.
The visual design of the current app will be overhauled significantly and should not be taken into account in the logo design - I plan to use the logo to inform the design of the rest of the app.
Spark's target audience is high school students, college students, and twenty-somethings who go out a couple nights a week with varying groups of friends. Spark should feel hip, utilitarian, simple and fun. Its visual style should make users feel as comfortable planning a date with someone they barely know as inviting 20 friends out to the bar.

I'm partial to the concept of using a stylized "spark" for the "a" in "Spark." Ideally, this stylized spark would be reusable as the basis for the app's home screen icon. I've uploaded a couple sketches of this concept. Also very interested in totally unrelated ideas, so don't let that thought constrain you!
