Chabs
Chabs is an online platform focusing on temporary jobs. Chabs will allow firms to find temporary labor whenever the demand arises. Examples could be a restaurant looking for a waiter during the morning, a bar looking for a runner during the day, or a cleaning firm looking for a cleaner for one evening. The job opportunities are many. In today’s job market, it is a time demanding, expensive and inconvenient task to go through established job sites and/ or temp agencies to find employees that are only needed for a very short while. That is why many firms choose poor solutions such as their employees’ network, or their own homepage/Facebook. These are inconvenient and inconsistent procedures that ends with unqualified labor or no labor at all.
Chabs will solve these problems, and in doing so Chabs will also target young people. Denmark has 180,000 citizens beneath the age of 30 who are neither working nor attending an education. In other words, Denmark possess a young generation that are capable of working whenever the demand might arises. Furthermore, Denmark has a huge group of young citizens that are capable of working during their time in high school, university or a gap year, but they do not, because of inflexible calendars or lacking knowledge of where to look. Chabs will solve this issue too.
Chabs is going to be a marketplace. Upon creating a profile, the user will define her desired job types, her availability, her geographical limitations, and her hourly salary. These criteria will allow firms to locate temporary employees that are able to fulfill their temporary position. The platform will then show the hourly salary and ratings for each possible employee. If a firm wants more information it simply enters a single profile where it will find a full CV and a personal video presentation of the given user. This will allow firms to get a quick and good impression of the potential candidate. When a firm has made its pick, it sends a job offer to the candidate, which then has to accept the terms if the candidate does so then an agreement has been made. The payment will happen using the platform upon completion of the task. Chabs will charge a fee for its services. The employer will have the possibility of rating the employee upon completion of the work. This is done to create a competitive environment, which will increase the quality of the work done.
If an employee cancels an agreement then that person will not have the opportunity to work anywhere else that given day.

We want this platform to be a cool and "in" place for young people to look for their next job. At the same time the platform should be a trusted place for companies to find qualified labour. So the logo should be able to reflect the both these sides: the fact that it should be "in" but serious at the same time.
