Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We build a SaaS product that helps software developers track and fix errors in production. This is a new brand for our current site at: http://ratchet.io
Target audience is developers.
Our product has three core functions:
1. Collects error data from our customers in raw form.
-> the important thing here is that the collection process is reliable, safe, and doesn't negatively impact customers' applications
2. Processes that data to surface the most important issues
-> i.e. making sense of the mountain of data; finding the needles in the haystack
3. Provides a suite of analysis tools (graphs, tables, etc.) to help developers figure out what's causing a particular issue
