We are a virtual texting call center for organizations. we automate the communication with clients, customers and service management to improve the customer experience. Our target audience is all companies that have a service technician or a install team that goes to business or consumers.

We want the feeling to be "customer service" oriented. Very happy. Friendly. Clean, modern. We care about keeping you UPDATED and IN THE LOOP. You can count on us (PROFESSIONAL) It also involves text messages so maybe something along those lines. Open to both a "cartoon" look or a "clean/modern" look.
When thinking of a more modern/clean look I had an idea of a bird in flight. With wings flapping (as it's taking flight to the right===>) Somehow incorporating messages (whether text or letters) that create/fill in the bird but taper off towards the end (the wings) like a puzzle or papers flying out
