Logo types to explore
The company name is considerable length and we have always had problems using it in different formats. It originally started in a tall rectangle with KJ inside (which we really liked but was very difficult to use because it was so tall), we recently played around with it, shortening it and putting it in a circle and are still not feeling the result (hence why you are reading this now). We want something fresh. We've been in business 20 years and are looking to have this usher in another 20. We don't have to stick with a logo that is the company letters, but if we do, the President is not inclined to over emphasize the "I" in Inc. as a part of the initials. We manage projects and events for other clients and we would like to start increasing awareness that we put our "stamp" on the event. So this logo needs to look good in a corner of a poster, handout, etc. and yet not look cheesy. It can't look too "rich" as the majority of our clients are government. It needs to have a level of sophistication with a dash of snap. Our management style is very lucid, we speak our minds--basically a team of alpha personalities who get it done. This is a very passionate conversation for us so please be open to tweaking your design when requested. We will try to be swift and honest so you have the best chance of winning. Primary clients: Department of Health, Public Education Department, Homeland Security, Cancer Council, Office of African American Affairs, Coalition Against Domestic Violence, School Health Educator Institute Which extends to teachers, school nurses, health professionals, state officials... We are NOT party planners. Our mission is to be the best professionals we can be so that our clients and their organizations can make a difference for the people they serve. Core values We will: -set the standard for our industry, continually improving ourselves, our services and our systems. -operate ethically, honestly and transparently. -work enthusiastically and creatively. While, remaining flexible to changing conditions and seeing challenges as opportunities -deliver on time and on budget. We are very well known in our region, we want a new logo that "travels" and any client anywhere would consider us. ---The logo attached has the way the initials were represented for the last 20 years. They were in a rectangle and that is what made it hard to use, too long and tall for placement on banners, etc. The President likes the exclamation point in the design as we give emphasis on all the work we do.
