Hello everyone thank you
for your efforts here but the 1st round of logos is not inspiring us and we
think it’s from lack of message on our side. With that said, we are a technical
support and software as a service solutions company providing hosted email,
online backup, and soon to have security solutions. We are in the middle of
updating our complete image and company direction and need a logo that conveys
remote technical support services without abandoning the software/cloud
position of our SaaS services. We do not want a “cloud" as a logo as it’s
been done time and again out there but something that will last and speak more
to “remote tech support” then anything. Not interested in cartoon people or
animals but one that conveys technical edge as our name suggests. No abstract
symbols either please but something that crosses remote technical support,
solutions provider, and technical edge as previously mentioned.

like to pursue but not mimic. Thanks again and please help us!

We have been in business for 16 years selling
tech services.  We are focusing on our 3 main services now
(Remote Tech support, Online Data Backup and Hosted
Email).  Our target market is small, medium to large businesses and we
will offer these services monthly as a bundle. An example would be (Basic
package $29.99, Pro Package $49.99 and Corp Package $69.99) concentrating on remote technical
support. We are also creating a new website
focusing on these 3 services and offering support packages.

I will be also doing a website by 99designs. We have been in business since 1998 and are not a start up company.
