I would like to put an emphais on the X in the tungXten Name, putting an emphasis on the exchange concept.
if we could use the 3 TXT letters, having a Y designed with 2 of these 3 letters could be something to explore ( adressing the X and Y generations...if you can find a Z inside that would be awsome ! :) )

the theme should be for a working world that is being rethought, positioning people in what they do love to do and not what they were necessarily trained or educated for.
So it has to at the same time, fun, serious, resourceful, sustainable, dynamic, simple, powerful, *innovative*
