When I first submitted my name for my contest, I used my name because I've always wanted a personal
brand - uniquely mine.
However, I've had a word going back and forth in my mind that I really connect to, and I feel that it could also be my brand name. I don't know how much confusion this might cause, but if my name isn't helpful in terms of a design solution, then please use this word 'Inspirata' - it means - in spirit. I am a deeply spiritual person, Far Eastern spiritual symbols resonate with me, a common example is the lotus flower.
Other words that resonate with me include: simplistic, classic, sophisticated. I enjoy curvature in design, and have an affinity to scroll work like you would see in vintage frame designs as a example. I also enjoy damask design work, the black on grey designs are for me particularly powerful.
I need my solution to really touch my clients emotionally the instant they see it, so when they look at my brand, I need them to instantly 'connect' with me. I also think that the solution needs to even have a bit of mystery to it, so when my clients see it, they should connect, and also be intrigued to know more, so give just enough to entice further exploration.
I am a highly visual person and I particularly adore the way that light can invoke an emotional response in a person. As a photographer I mostly only take my shots during the 'golden hour' of the day, which is considered the most 'Godly' hour of the day too for photographers.
I realize that my business description is a brief one, it's deliberate, for confidentiality, privacy and security reasons. I specialize in providing internationally accredited solutions from business quality management system structures, to peak performance coaching and consulting. I spend a lot of time solving my clients challenges both personally and professionally.
My work involves a high level of research, expert networking and high class presentations. The design will be used across the board, on all internet and mobile device based platforms, as well as in printed, gift and promotional media. It will also be used to brand a luxury range of products to be launched later this year.
When considering the design, please consider one suited to the creation of a 'seal'. You will know that even today, in for instance the legal industry, seals are used as a mark of authentication and verification. I intend to use the design to present certain deliverables with a proper wax seal, so the design will be used to imprint my brand onto the red wax. The wax seal is then broken before access to the product is achieved.
