I need a new look that's easily updated

Desired Color Scheme: silver/black/grey Desired Style: Feel free to come up with some 'boxes' that will break up the page, not a template just box top and bottoms + left and Right bars - again I refer you to www.askmen.com - imagine it without the adverts will win you the prize ! Accepted File Formats: jpeg /gif or Photoshop preferably - resolution not an issue I'm on Broadband Now that you've checked out www.ButlerBureau.com go and have a look at www.AskMen.com - see the way I see my site moving forward? The buttons therefore would just be images which I could add text on PhotoShop (7)so .psd files appreciated (think glassy buttons against a dark background) Logo-wise I'm pretty happy with what I've got but feel free to experiment. Don't lose track of the fact that this is a VERY formal niche area Ideally you'll come up with some nice design elements etc. that I can incorporate into a web site. Important thing for me is that the main and sub menu bars be easily updated/edited. Anyone that combines the elements I've got already with www.Askmen.com (imagine it without the ads) will be working in the right direction.
