We plan to create a new platform, process and social community to identify today’s best online marketers and tomorrow’s up and comers, and match them with recruiters and companies looking to hire online marketers, by using real-world online marketing challenges, other competitive and quantifiable elements, and leaderboards to measure and rank online marketers.

HackerRank.com is a similar website but for programmers. So do not select the same color skeme as there's. What I like about their logo is the up and down arrows in the H which related to Ranking people. Having an arrow or something else showing movement up (or down) is helpful.
