Paybien
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Paybien is a fintech. We are a B2B solution and we target companies like energy suppliers, social housing operators, property managers, etc. We offer them a technology to enhance the customer experience when they ask their customer to pay the bills / the rents (online payment, etc).
We try to turn the payment of bills from a horrible customer experience to something modern and simple.
"Bien" is a French word meaning "well" / "good" (we are a French project). Our name means litteraly "pay good". Actually, we have 2 positive impacts : the company has less unpaid bills and its customer can pay his/her bills an easier way.
