Very responsive designer. I changed the design many times and they were able to respond to and incorporate my feedback in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
Love the design...it is so simple yet classy and sheek. It appears effortless just like what I envision with the brand. The designer was very prompt whenever I asked for changes, etc.
The best designer possible!!!
AL34 has won my two design contests on 99designs and I couldn't be happier. Very professional, fast and creative and eager to come up with changes to take it to the finals. The delivery of the files as perfect as well.
I highly recommend AL34 to be your designer as well!
Thank you so much! Your hard work is so appreciated. Thank you for always answering my messages and helping me through last minute projects!
How vivflame started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
What’s your company slogan?
Sex Coach for Men
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a coach who helps men in the San Francisco Bay Area (currently specifically in the Silicon Valley/tech world) to embody their sexuality with integrity and gain confidence with women. Men in tech sometimes struggle with body awareness and the emotional intelligence needed for thriving intimate relationships. I work with those who want to become better lovers and bring forward their erotic energy in a way that women will respond to.
The main logo name could either be "Janel Marie" (my name) or "Janel Marie Coaching." Try both? The URL I own is sexcoachformen.com (and bayareasexcoach.com, which will point to sexcoachformen.com) so this logo is going to be used for the website first and foremost. The logo should evoke both sexiness and trustworthiness/reputability--a hard combo, I know!
My mom's maiden name is Flaim and I keep envisioning the use of a flame somehow in this logo. A flame actually burning from logs/embers also feels masculine to me in a way and could be cool, but it could also be too much. I will leave the creativity up to you.

Other color requirements
In terms of color, I know BROWN is masculine, which some of you might recommend since I am a sex coach for men. Perhaps we could use a brown that is almost a deep red to connote masculinity, stability AND passion as a primary color...? Perhaps there could be little accents of lime green and bright red/fire opal incorporated? The 99 Designs color wheel also recommended a brilliant blue as another possible option for my brand. That could look nice with accents of light brown and fire opal/red. Here is a logo that uses the same color blue with light brown. I feel that this logo is too "cool" in color for what I am looking for, but I do think these colors go well together: https://99designs.com/profiles/gree…gns/501762 Perhaps that color blue and a fire opal/red color could be the accent colors to a primarily brown logo?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I like the brand name in the middle with a circle/slogan around it. I don't like the dotted interior circle, though. It feels too feminine to me.
I like the bold colors, abstract shapes and the simplicity of this logotype font.
I normally feel more drawn to art that is more abstract, but this is really cool!
I like the simple typography over an abstract circle of color (especially these flame-like colors).
I also like the cursive. It might be too feminine, though...
Again, I like the simple use of font over evocative and abstract color.
This is too effeminate for my brand, I think, but I appreciate the creativity.
This is again kind of feminine and overly fancy, but I like the circular design enclosing the logo.
This is just so rad in every way. Creative, unique, bold, artistic but not too outlandish.
Here is my profile on the website of the Somatica Institute, where I was trained as a sex and relationship coach: https://www.somaticainstitute.com/project/janel (PLEASE DON'T TRY TO MIMIC THAT LOGO. It's just more information for you to understand what I do.)
I am going to develop a separate brand identity for open relationship coaching down the line, but for now am focusing on my work with men. I will likely hire the same designer to make me a branded logo for the open relationship component of my work, because I will probably want the two brand identities to have a similar feel.
