I am looking to do a logo similar to the attached picture with the exception of the black perimeter background. I was thinking something lighter, more uplifting or no background at all. (I do like the black background around the person, I am referring to the outer perimeter only) I would like to have our company name and slogan on top as well.

Designed this logo for developer creating math games in order to simplify learning math. His surname is Berry so naturally I played with berry theme and integrated abacus within to tie math aspect as well.
