We're building a platform which delivers parcels when customers are actually home. How? The customer's app uses geofencing, which alerts us in the background when they arrive home and then we spring into action. From the customer's perspective, they arrive home whenever their day finally ends and a short while later the doorbell rings with a package delivery.
Our platform gives our customers ultimate flexibility. They can completely forget about their deliveries and live their life spontaneously. We take care of the rest.
No more missed deliveries. No inflexible time windows. No chasing parcels which were delivered to alternative locations. Parcels simply "appear" out of the blue, however late it might be - hence the name teleportr.
Marketing-wise, we are positioning ourselves as an alternative for tech-driven, younger audiences. We are targeting young professionals, who have just entered the workforce and order a great deal online, but who have high expectations when it comes to services and technology. Our audience doesn't tolerate the incompetence or old-fashionedness of the current postal services.
We want them to identify with us and the world of technological progress for which we stand. Ideally, we would highlight the characteristics of effortlessness, magic, automatic appearance and technology rather than simple parcel delivery (which is a commodity service). We want to convey the image that at any point, a parcel might be teleported into existence right next to you, and you don't have to do anything to make that happen.
