We are preparing a short multi-page “white paper” that we wish to send out as a PDF to a specific customers that our sales team is targeting. The content for our white paper is attached to this brief. Please note, each week will be amending certain parts of the text in section 2 of the white paper to customize it for each specific target customer. So, the format of the white paper needs to cater for minor changes to text that we will make regularly. We don’t need to change any of the visual elements of the white paper. We are open to using PowerPoint or Adobe products but it shouldn’t require an expert designer to update the text (i.e. changing the text should NOT result in complicated formatting corrections).
Visual tone and style of white paper needs to look great and make the reader feel that we are well established, corporate yet contemporary, reliable, proven, trust worthy, market leader, innovative. I have attached a range of examples of the how we want the white paper presented. You’ll note in each of the examples that the information provided is technical, the visual style is corporate but still contemporary and the orientation is landscape.
The colors in our white paper should use those used in our logo. Feel free to use additional complementary colors that help give the white paper a WOW factor and make it pop.
The number of pages in the white paper is up to you. You will need to include my headshot and a diagram illustrating the four components of the framework (Promote, Communicate, Educate, Engage). I have provided an example of how this framework could be illustrated using a venn diagram but don’t let this limit your creativity.
