What's your vision?
Size of our boxes 1) 180mm long x 130 mm wide by 100 mm high 2) 200 mm long x 130 mm wide x 140 mm high. There maybe a cut out on the bottom left hand side of the box to show the product The front, top and back of the box will all be a repeat (ie identical) The bottom of the box will just be plain black The 2 sides will be; Right Side; 1) Ingredients; Fresh Beef, Potatoes, Carrots, peas, fish oil, coconut oil, turmeric 2) Typical Analysis; Crude protein 8.6 %, Crude Fat 4.5%, Fibre 0.5%, Omega 3 %, Omega 6 %, metabolizable energy 956 Kcal/kg (we don’t have the numbers for the fatty acids yet but I will have them in the next day or so) 3) Storage; Store in freezer and remove pouches as required. Defrost by placing in room temperature water for 10 minutes 4) Feeding Instructions: Open pouch and place contents into your dog’s food bowl, add cooked rice if desired 5) “Pet Food – not for human consumption” minimum 8 mm high Left Side: Daily Feeding Guide: The recommendation is One pouch per 5 kgs of bodyweight. This amount will vary depending on breed, age, activity levels and other foods fed. Always serve raw food immediately after defrosting in a clean dry bowl. Ensure access to fresh, clean drinking water is available. (there will likely be a “cut out” window in the box at the bottom on this side so you can visualise the product please keep this in mind when designing) Our ideas for the front/top/back of the box (which are all identical): 1) to have pictures of raw meat (prime cut, eye fillet, scotch fillet), carrots, potatoes, peas (these are our main ingredients) it also has coconut oil, fish oil and turmeric in it 2) A picture of a dog or 2. (thinking maybe action shot, or a really alert cute dog) I have a look online at adobe (the numbers are below) 3) We want the main colour of the boxes to be gloss black, and this to be broken up with other colours (think premium, elite, royal, maybe purple, royal blue, gold etc) 4) Try and use natural looking fonts and background for the wording; think how things were labelled back in the 40’s and 50’s 5) under law we need “Pet Food – not for human consumption” minimum 8 mm high written on the box 6) We want ‘ Australian Grown and Australian Processed” in a “label like” stamp on it. We cannot use the trademark one with the kangaroo as we haven’t applied for that yet 7) Our logo 8) Hormone free Fresh Local beef, free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives ) 9) 7 individual serves 10) 7 x 200 g pouches; smaler box size, (the bigger box will have 7 x 300 g pouches) 11) Feature words may include; all natural raw dog food, from paddock to plate raw dog food, quality raw dog food, quality natural raw ingredients, raw dog food; the way nature intended, Rich in Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids Adobe pictures 208870594 134383637 270675792 187559923 268212699 176560726 187403595 174639349 263839945
I have the logo in several different formats, so let me know if you need it in another format. The images of the boxes are to give you an idea on the concept we are chasing
