We are going to exhibit at the TORCH Annual Conference and Trade Show Apr 26-28 in Dallas. We want to contact the registrants before and after the show. We have addresses but no email addresses, so we want to use an oversized postcard.
The pre-show postcard will announce that we will be at the show, and will invite them to bring the card to us at the show and get double entries in our drawing for a GoPro Hero. And we want them to visit our website and sign up for a newsletter.
There are (2) calls to action for the pre-show card.
1) Keep the card, put it with their information for the show, and bring it to us in our booth at the show.
2) Go to a web address and sign up for our newsletter
We will measure the success of the pre-show card by the number of people who bring it to the show (or mention it) and by the number of newsletter sign ups.
The post-show card will be for those who did not sign up for our newsletter at the show (by giving us a business card.) It will invite them to visit our website and sign up for our newsletters. It will also have a list of the most frequent HIPAA violations. We want them to look at the list and then call us to schedule a review of their current HIPAA compliance.
The calls to action are
1) Visit our website to sign up for a newsletter
2) Review a list of most frequent HIPAAA violations and schedule a screening review for us to confirm their HIPAA compliance.
We will measure the success of this card by the number of people who schedule a review, and by the number of newsletter signups.
