What's your vision?
I would like to have an over-sized postcard designed that will serve as a direct response mailing to clients in my target market (New Homeowners with Homes 400K and up past 1M). The first postcard should be a 'Welcome to the Neighborhood' piece and should serve as the template for a 12- postcard series to follow. I intend to select the winner based on quality of design, by that I mean great use of color, text and including all the necessary points that constitute an effective direct mail piece. In addition, I will base the award on the designer who gives me a fair proposal to create the next 11 pieces in the series. I have included files for our company logo and gift cards that i see as being integral to creating an offer on the postcard series. To illustrate competency with creating a series I would like the winning design to show perhaps the next 2 in the series which would be 'Landscape Design' and then 'Outdoor Living' The text can be kept greek to ensure your efforts are not being used without compensation and does not have to be included in the handover process. In the interim I will try and locate some samples of what i consider to be effective pieces even if they are from different industries and I will attach those files in the coming days.
****Please adhere to the following 10 elements of effective postcard design. (Attached as a word document below). A WINNING DESIGN MUST INCLUDE ALL OF THESE ELEMENTS!
