Thomas-Krenn.AG is a leading provider of individual server- and storage-systems and data center solutions. The company serves more than 15,000 customers across Europe. These include large corporations, public services and government authorities, IT service providers and educational institutions as well as many small and medium-sized enterprises. Thomas-Krenn.AG allows customers to quickly configure custom-designed servers with proven components via its online shop. Most items can be delivered the very next day. What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
- Our problem: many people in our target audience already know the brand “Thomas-Krenn”, but most of them don’t know what our core business is. We are focused on producing high quality server and storage systems customized on our customers needs
- Target: design for an image campaign that will be published in the major IT magazines in Germany. The deliverables should be used as 1/1 print ads
- This campaign should increase our brand awareness and lead to a deeper understanding of our company’s core values among our target audience
- Our core attributes: quality and innovation, energy efficiency, partnership between us and our customers/suppliers/technology partners, open source technology
- Our target audience: system administrators, CIOs, IT management
- The designs should connect our products with an emotional or creative message
- The attached files show our currently used print ads. Those ads are considered to gain attention in opposite to other competitors’ ads which mainly show the hardware on a blue-colored background whilst listing up the technical specifications, but we would like to publish some ads that can gain similar attention AND also clearly show our core business
