We are looking at dropping flyers to retail outlets in Singapore & Msia with an initial teaser flyer - not revealing too much like a sales brochure or product info brochure but simple and captivating to stimulate a thought process of why do we need customer data.
Eg : in an ECommerce website, you will want to know the e-traffic and e-shopper details - who are they, how old are they, how much do they spend, what do they buy, what do they by next, what do they browse, how often they are backed...etc etc etc. Such traffic data will influence and help in business decisions in what to recommend, what to bundle, how to increase cross selling/upselling, how to improve navigation, how to improve browse time...etc etc
This however is not apparent in Brick & Mortar stores. Not many are adopting Video Analytics when ironically 90-95% of the business is still in B&M physical retail stores.
