The First Academy is a Christ-centered Preschool to Grade 12 College Preparatory School in Orlando, Florida. The First Academy is hosting an Open House where potential new students and their families are invited to explore the campus, ask questions and meet the faculty. The ideal target demographic is a 35-44 year old mom as they are demographic most likely to want their child in private school.
What's your vision?
The First Academy is looking for a 'template' of a Post Card to mail out inviting families to attend our Open House. We are looking for both sides of the post card to be designed, and ideally would like the editable Illustrator/Indesign vector file so that we can make minor adjustments such as date changes, etc. In the future, we intend on extending this design to a roadside banner, and quarter-page magazine ad, half-page magazine ad, and full page flyer. The Open Houses run from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm on the following dates: Sunday, November 12; Sunday, January 28; Sunday, March 4.
We tried a local designer and were not happy with their results, so we are looking for a designer that can do high quality work for a multitude of projects. Ideally, this will not be a one time project. The attachment includes a successful Campaign Magazine that our leadership team loved. Additionally, I've attached the rejected designs that a local designer made for this year. The leadership team didn't think they evoked the quality and excellence of our school, felt they were sloppily designed, sort-of busy, and lacked consistency. I am including the link to a Google Drive folder where you can find images you can use. You can also pull anything from our website, http://thefirstacademy.org, or ask for particular shots. We do not ask that you stick to the requirements, such as print fonts listed therein. We are celebrating our 30th anniversary this year, and will later be doing ads announcing our Top 100 places to work in Orlando Award.
