Mistik did great job in a very short amount of time. He took my feedback and made the necessary revisions in a very timely manner! I will be using him for more design work as I think he is very creative, smart, and reliable.

Specifically, I like the way it looks balanced and coherent without looking symmetrical. I also like the use of white space and high quality images with a full bleed (no borders).
I am looking for someone who can break free of the standard corporate brochure and give us something that looks more like what you would see in a design catalog--high res photos, elegant fonts, clever use of white space, etc.
For the text, you may use lorum ipsum. If you choose to use any screenshots, you may use the ones found on our website as a placeholder. If you choose to use any stock images, you may use the free previews. We will purchase the stocks if we choose your design and replace the previews.
Generally speaking, the front tab should be used to establish credibility with an attractive image and title (our logo should be present, but not the main focus). The back cover is used to direct people to our website and should highlight "Free 30-day trial" and "No set up fee". The inside flap will be mostly text, explaining the advantage of dynamic websites over static websites. And, the interior 3 sections will be used to talk about our features (similar to the features page of our website). Specifically, the 3 tabs will be broken into 3 different sections: "Writes Itself" "Runs Itself" and "Grows Itself." Each section will have its own unique text and image with bullet points explaining each feature category. We do not need to include and company bio information or testimonials on this brochure.
