Teaches hypnosis seminars, provides certification and sells DVD/CD products.

We need two professional-looking certificates (see example attached). *The border should be fairly ornate and classy looking, not over the top. *The final files MUST be in PSD format so we can edit the dates, names etc *The final files MUST be high quality and the correct sizes as requested below. Certificate #1: *A3 Paper size (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:A_size_illustration2_with_letter_and_legal.svg) *Should have a logo at the top very similar to or the same as the logo at the top of the example entitled, "Attendance Cert New" *Will say, "We Hereby Certify That" under the logo, then a space for a name, the under the space it will say, " Is A Street Hypnosis Licensed Trainer" *Will have the date in the bottom left corner of "On This 20th Day Of November, 2011" *Will have the same signature in the bottom center-right (If it's too pixelated to copy from the example just let me know) *Will have a empty space where the example shows the red circle, so we can have a real embossing. Certificate #2: *A2 Paper size *Should have a logo at the top very similar to or the same as the logo at the top of the example entitled, "IAPCH Cert New". The logo should have the caduceus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caduceus) in the background, similar color. Will have the "IAPCH" over top like the example shows. Will have the "The International Association of Professional Conversational Hypnotists" over top the caduceus as well. *Under the logo it will say, "In having successfully completed the prescribed course of study and examination for The Trainer's Training" *Next line will say, "We The Board Of Directors Of The IAPCH Hereby Certify That" *Blank space for name to be entered *Under blank space will say, "is possessed of the appropriate skills and qualifications as required by the Constitutions of the Association and is hereby recognized as an official IAPCH" *Next line in larger font like example will say, "Hypnosis Trainer" *Next line in smaller font like example will say, "specializing in Conversational Hypnosis" *In bottom left corner the text will say, "In Witness Whereof We Have Affixed Our Signatures Hereto On This 20th Day Of November, 2011" *Bottom center-right please use exact same signatures as on example *Bottom right corner, leave blank for real embossing The winning artwork will be the property of Street Hypnosis Publishing.
