Surprise gift for CEOs with a plastic payment card inside

We are a financial technology startup that sells payment cards to really innovative companies.

We need a box designed that will hold a plastic payment card (like a credit card). The box should be much bigger than the card itself, and feel very luxe. It will be presented to prospective customers as a gift to show them an example of what they would get if they work with us. It needs to be big enough -- and look enough like a gift or something special -- to arrive at the CEO's desk and intrigue them enough to open it. Inside there could be velvet or something fancy that holds the card and a note.

There should be some element of our branding in the packaging, but it shouldn't say our name on the outside. We want it to look like a gift. We want it to surprise and delight them. We don't want it to look too commercial. The shape can be funky (pyramid, etc) as long as it's something a standard printer would be able to print.
