We are an artisan bakery specializing in sourdough breads, pastries, and fancy donuts. We target 25-45 year old foodies whom we sell to at farmer's markets.
Although in larger cities we would just be another hipster bakery, our brand tries to be classic and refined, while having some fun on the side. We're more interested in retro than kitsch. We're located in an area hit hard by the recession so we have some young families, but also a very strong older population that we want to appeal to.
