We manage an enclosed regional shopping center. This specific project is for signage for a vacant space that we are turning into a rotating pop-up shop.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I need a storefront sign for our new pop-up shop that we are creating. I am the Marketing Manager for the mall, and I turned a vacant space into a shop that will allow businesses to come in and lease it as a pop-up for short periods of time, from one day to one month maximum. We are branding it as "Pop Up", but don't have a specific logo design for it, which is where you come in. The storefront sign will need to have 3-dimensional, individual letters/symbols, but it can have other elements that could be applied by vinyl, foam core, or other materials. The space itself is very unique-looking, with a lot of reclaimed wood and pennies, along with some industrial piping, so we would like the idea of the design to complement that well. I am attaching several photos of the space for reference. There will also be a photo of the sign band, which is the white triangle on the storefront, this is where this sign and design will go.
Whatever design is chosen we would like to carry over into other advertising for the pop-up shop as well, so it would need to translate well across mediums. The sign band is 8' 11" wide, and 2' 11" tall.
