mjbrydon needed a new signage design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 30 designs submitted by 10 freelance designers.
Provides municipal governments with web-based visual interactive dashboards showing financial information (revenues, expenses, benchmarks with other communities).
The name derives from "benchmark" comparisons with other organizations and "cube" for the multidimensional structure of the underlying data warehouse.
[Update: please see new logo below]
Banners for a tradeshow (~76 cm wide x ~240 cm tall). This contest is for one vertical banner although the winner will likely be asked to design companion horizontal sign.
Trade show participants are elected officials (small town mayors, councillors) and professional city managers. They are looking for suppliers who are innovative yet reliable and established.
Some ideas for logo, word mark, and both banners are included below. Open to creativity and change.
I also have a logo design contest called "Put the fun in financial information (part 1/2)". There may be some advantage in having the same designer work on both (for unity).
We saved a spot for your signage contest.
