BKessler got their new signage by running a design contest:
Yard Signage for Ben Kessler for Bexley Mayor Campaign
Check out BKessler's Signage contest…
Ben Kessler is the Mayor of Bexley, Ohio. Bexley is a high quality first-ring suburb of Columbus, Ohio, known for its close-knit and walkable residential neighborhoods and great school systems.
What's your vision?
We're looking for a clean and bold design for our yard sign campaign. The idea here is to go for something fun and different. A nod to classic 60s-80s political design would provide a nice vintage feel, stand out and convey a unique design language. Ben is a 34 year old Mayor and has highlighted strong communication, creative and new community events, and the stabilization of Bexley's finances. Sign size is 24" w x 18" h. Predominant colors should be dark blue and white, but additional colors can be brought in if needed to fulfill the vintage/retro theme. The web address http://www.kesslerforbexley.com should feature predominantly near the bottom of the sign. This disclaimer language needs to be added to the bottom of the sign: "paid for by Ben Kessler for Bexley Mayor"
Please avoid using "vote" or "elect" in the sign, and please do not use a headshot/photo in the sign. Sign needs to be clean and legible from a passing vehicle - too much text and imagery will convolute it.
