Guns and Coffee T-shirt

I like a more realistic look. Nothing cartoonish. I want the green circle around logo saying guns and coffee. All other aspects can be changed.

We would like to create a Guns and Coffee t-shirt similar to the one below but different enough that we do not run into issues with Trademarks from Starbucks, nor copy the shirt attached. There are a lot of similar shirts out there, we want ours to be unique and the best. I liked the punisher idea but also liked the idea of using the Statue of Liberty. I’d like the design to look distressed and faded, maybe add a bullet hole or two.
