Help All Dogs Rule with a new t-shirt design

We offer cage free boarding for dogs. Our tag line is "Whose Vacation is Better?" We are located on an 18 acre ranch in Fillmore, CA and the kennel is surrounded by Valencia Orange trees and is bordered by the Sespe Creek and Grand Ave.

We're looking for a fun tshirt/sweatshirt design for the employees to wear at work and also for the manager/owners to wear while working at the kennel/ranch. It does not need to indicate the wearer is staff. It would be nice if the design was appealing to our dog loving customers and we may offer it for sale or as gifts.

We're looking for something fun but classy. Our boarding clients are upscale. I do like the idea of incorporating the orange trees. I would like to see a play on the "dogs rule" theme. With our company name I've always envisioned a theme showing the dog as a benevolent ruler. I like the idea of an illustration of dogs playing among the orange trees. We want the idea that dogs have fun while visiting All Dogs Rule to come across to people that see the shirt.
