Web 2.0 - looking template needed

SlotsOnFire.com is a portal with information (including commenting and voting) for the best slots on the web. A new Web 2.0 look and feel is needed to give this portal a fresh feel and appeal.

It should be W3C compliant, if at all possible. The template should be optimized for SE's. Meaning: The template should not have the menu in such a place that the search engines will use that to 'grade' the web page. Header tags and content should appear before the menuing (in a SE view). Header can be changed, but should be small enough vertically as to be non-imposing. A large header will only leave less content for the page. Please be creative. You may either use the SOF Logo -OR- if you feel you can do better, go ahead and give it a shot. Payment will be Paypal or Neteller ONLY.
