Create a fresh new website for a roofing company

We are a roofing company specializing in new roofing services, roofing repairs, Inspections, Water Proofing ect... for both commercial and residential local clients

We are looking for a modern look on the website. We would like the top of the page to have either a big banner or a video banner. Everything else should be fluid and go well with the company being a roofing services provider. We want the website to pop out for visitors. We are hoping to make a lasting impression once visitors visit our website. It should not have a coorporate look but a small to medium sized business look.
There should be a section for credentials such as angies list, yelp, google + and bbb where we can link to the profiles.
It should also mention that we are license and insured.
Do not place any section for reviews on the homepage.
The design should also be bootstrap ready for conversion to html.
You can also incorporate paralax sections on the website.

Homepage: Like i mentioned above, the design and colors should be well through out and complement each other. We'd like to either have a large image slider, the whole background an image slider like kiewit.com or a video background banner at the very top. There should be a section showcasing our angies list, google+, bbb and yelp profiles including that we are licensed and insured. There should also be good sized CTA button/section to contact us. There should also be a section for our social signatures, facebook, g+, linkedin

About US: A well designed and thought out page to display who we are.

Services: This page should display our services with a section that allows visitors to select and switch to different services we offer.

Contact us: This page should display a clean looking contact form with other contact information such as a phone number, fax number, mobile number, address, office hours and service hours.

Avoid using stock images of peoples faces. If it is a profile or the backside of a person then it would work fine. DO NOT put any pricing charts on designs. We do not need or want pricing charts as they are useless to us.

For any stock images use photodune.net or shutterstock.com. Try not to use too many stock images throughout the website. I would rather great looking custom button and icon designs.
If all goes well with the selected designer, i would have another website to create and we can continue to collaborate on the newer project.
