Who are you known as?
JobOyster.com
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
JobOyster.com is a job board aggregator and job search engine site. It is currently available in both US and Canada. It features located based search, and personalized job board, and job alerts. The contents are indexed from Monster, Dice, Craigslist, and other major job sites. It helps job seekers to easily find available jobs across multiple Internet job boards.

The new design should have Pinteresting style but inspired by the traditional newspaper classifieds. Yes, like the newspaper classifieds section (see Inspirational websites link). I also would like to incorporate Windows 8 Metro UI as an overall style.

Page descriptions
The goal is to redesign http://www.joboyster.com a fresh new look with simple and minimumist user interface. The designers should take a good at the joboyster.com and attached PNG to understand the content mentioned below.

• The exact layout is open to designer. However, we feel layout needs at least one additional column so the content can be better organized.
• Width: prefer dynamic like Pinterest.com

Please see attached screenshot that explains current page content. Note that the pagination and footer is not in the screenshot but also are required.
****** Page 2: Job Details (Featured Jobs) ******
• Similar to Pinterest to to display detail information inside a light box
• Display “Similar Jobs” underneath the job details.
What to avoid
The UI must be SIMPLE. Avoid clutter and complex UI. Good balance of minimalism and still being stylish. It should not feel boring nor too busy.
Absolute no templates from template sites (you will be first one out if you do).
