Oniqua MRO Analytics - Customer Portal
Oniqua (O-nee-kwa) is the leading asset performance management solutions company, we help organizations maximize profits by minimizing Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) asset waste. We do this through use of our primary product Oniqua Analytics Solution.
We use Salesforce Service Cloud for our Customer Portal. We would like a custom designed layout with Visual Force coding to achieve a look and feel something similar in layout to this site;
http://support.activision.com/
This site will be used by Oniqua Customers (Internal and External). Our clients are from industry areas such as Mining, Oil and Gas, Utilities.
We would like a style that complements our existing website and Cloud Solution, as this Support Portal will be embedded within one or both and or will be linked to from within our product which has a similar colour scheme. See attachments and the Oniqua website for examples.
Four Tabs: Home, Cases, Knowledge Base, Reports
Home Tab:
- from the Home page you should be able to navigate to any of the above tabs.
- the page must have a 'Get Answers' search bar
- the page must display the results of existing reports;
'Top Rated Articles', 'New Articles' and 'Most Viewed Articles'
In addition we would like a 'dashboard' display as the main focus. this will display, e.g., total open support cases, total cases by case priority etc.
Cases Tab:
- from the Cases page you should be able to navigate to any of the above tabs.
- the page must have a 'Your Cases' area which will display columns...Case ID, Subject, Status and a more detailed section below each case.
- the page must display the results of existing reports;
'Top Rated Articles', 'New Articles' and 'Most Viewed Articles'
Knowledge Base Tab:
- from the Knowledge Base page you should be able to navigate to any of the above tabs.
- the page must have a Search field.
- the page must display search results as; Result 1, then the detail of that search result below. Result 2, then the detail of that search result below...etc. the default for this page would be the most recently searched for items.
- the page must display the results of existing reports;
'Top Rated Articles', 'New Articles' and 'Most Viewed Articles'.
Reports Tab:
- from the Reports page you should be able to navigate to any of the above tabs.
- the page must have a Report Title
- the page must display predefined report fields:
Date Range (Date from Date To)
Run Report button,
Printable View button
Export Details button
Report display area at the bottom.
- the page must display the results of existing reports;
'Top Rated Articles', 'New Articles' and 'Most Viewed Articles'.
SEE ATTACHED ROUGH LAYOUT IMAGES.
Over cluttering, we would like our site clean and uncluttered.
******IMPORTANT*********
This project will need to have Visual Force Scripting to pull the data from Salesforce to display the Cases, Dashboards, Reports, Search results etc. It is not simply the web design element.
