Our current corporate website: www.gravityinvestments.com This is the site we are retiring. We used to be a software company and now we go to market as an investment manager, we did a very brief makeover of the old site at the time but the message is not clear and site visitors are not registering at an desirable rate....they are probably also confused about what we offer. The site should serve as both a website for Gravity Investments, a software and intellectual property company and Gravity Capital Partners. We are providing third party investment management services to other professional investors, often on behave on another investors. It is crucial that we have a highly polished and professional image. The main purpose of the site is to have visitors learn the basics about what we do and are able to register for more information. We then engage with that registered visitor to negotiate a sale. This is primarily a business to business site. Our clients fall into one of the following categories: Wealth Managers Institutional Investors Broker Dealers Individual Investors Visitors channeled to one of these sections will have channel specific content, although we can have some content applicable across multiple channels. While open to other ideas, my best thought is to have people select their channel and then register to access deeper content: Presentations (embedded Powerpoint) Research Commentary Brochures Factsheets Product page links to Gsphere.net Look at the resource page here as an example: http://www.innealtacapital.com/resources/marketing-materials although we would offer varying content depending on which of the 4 channels the visitor selects The would also be a small separate channel in the website for investors, which are essentially our clients’ clients. I don’t think we would make individual investors register at all, but they should still have a channel so they can “check up on us” So there are 4 channels: Wealth Managers Institutional Investors & Family Offices Broker Dealers Individual Investors Each of these channels has a landing page with some information, possibly some navigation, but then most content requiring login access. And will later be extended for additional sections (Performance, term sheets, case studies) while the design should accommodate the extend-ability, these should not be in the current design. We have a new web application which could be interrelated to our website. However, we do not yet know how. Creative suggestions are appreciated: www.gsphere.net. No plugins. Use the green / blue color pallet from the logo Use both top and bottom navigation, bottom for less essential page elements, that would be available across each vertical page All text paragraphs should be justified
Company home page....for taking any new visitor and having them find the content we can provide and register for more details Vertical landing page access to deeper content after registration, some basic content before registration, to include presentations or videos, vertical specific links content page...used to more details / back-pages

Our web application can be custom branded and offers guest access to investors. It could be possible to use some of the graphics and other web content on the homepage. We would like to share registration on both sites. Deliverables should be layered Vector based Photoshop file We are interested in a continuing relationship with the winning designer and may hire them for implementation IF they want, otherwise we have other developers.
